IBM Brings Power Systems Servers to the Cloud for No-Charge App Dev Access

IBM has opened up a set of Power Systems servers to create a new cloud service for application developers. Called IBM Power Development Platform (PDP), the free service is designed to open up the Power Systems platform to innovation.
